I had a really nice experience at Marks & Spencer thanks to one of the staff members, Melati (if I’m not mistaken). She was incredibly helpful and patient with us, even though we took quite a long time looking for what we needed. Despite that, she stayed friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to help the whole time. Her service made the shopping experience much more pleasant. Thumbs up for Melati!
